The Park Beach Hotel offers a fresh water pool, children's pool, sun terrace, watersport facilities (special rates), aqua diving (50 metres away), sauna, gym, jacuzzi, children's playground and video games. The hotel offers a laundry and dry cleaning service, baby sitting (on request), physician (24 hours), safety deposit box (local charge).

There are two restaurants and they offer a buffet breakfast, lunch and three weekly speciality buffet dinners (including Cypriot night with folk music and dancing). There is also a poolside bar that changes into a Cocktail Bar in the evening with live music. There is a snack bar, two other bars and a lounge area. Please note that all lunches and buffets (except the Cypriot night) are available June to mid October at the open air Mesoyios Tavern (weather permitting).
