From the hotel, the beach is 250 metres and the commercial centre of Palma Nova is 600 metres. There is a bus stop 200 metres away and Palma airport is 25 km away.

The Palma Nova Hotel offers guests two swimming pools (one for adults, one for children), large garden, children's playground and an excellent entertainment team who organise games, competitions, dances and shows.

Guests can enjoy bow shooting and carbine shooting, dancing lessons, language classes, windsurfing, catamaran, sailing, diving, water skiing, jet skiing, parasailing, boat trips, tennis, squash, golf, billiards, horse riding, bicycle hire, go karts and mini golf (available locally with local charge). For children, the hotel offers a special entertainment section, entertainment programme, games, video games and special menus.

The hotel offers guests a reception with safety deposit facilities, laundry service, car and bike rental desks, currency exchange, gift/souvenir shop, television and conference room. Outside the hotel guests will find a gym, hairdressers, bank, casino and post office.

The hotel offers 210 rooms and there are many different room types offering panoramic views of the pool, sea and mountain. All are tastefully furnished and benefit from telephone, fan and satellite TV.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast (8 am to 10 am), lunch (1 pm to 3 pm) and dinner (6.30 pm to 9 pm) all served buffet style in the main restaurant. With meals, a variety of coffees, tea, soft drinks, beer and local alcoholic drinks are offered. Snacks (hamburgers, hot dogs, chips) are available from 10.30 am to 12.30 pm, 3.30 pm to 6 pm and 10.30 pm to midnight (as is ice cream for children). All Inclusive drinks include locally produced drinks like whisky, brandy, soft drinks, mineral water, juices, coffee, etc and are served from 9 am to midnight at the hotel bar.

The All Inclusive sports programme includes pool table, darts, board games, French balls, table tennis and cookery demonstrations (paella and sangria) by the entertainers.
