The hotel is set deirectly on the beach and approx 30 km from the airport, 59 km from the capital Las Palmas and just 3 km from the Playa del Ingles beach.

The hotel has a variety of facilities to offer its guests including two outdoor swimming pools, tennis court, and squash court. There is also a gym with a sauna, massage room, jacuzzi, solarium, mini club and a children's play area.

Eating facilities at the hotel include a buffet style restaurant with two permanent theme corners serving Chinese and Italian delicacies. There is also a la carte Restaurant Casino open from 8.00 pm. Also there is pool restaurant serving lunch buffet style.

All of the hotels guest rooms are beautifully decorated and fully furnished with items such as private bath with hair dryer, air conditioning, mini bar, satellite TV, pay-per-view video, telephone, safety deposit box and twenty four hour room service.

The all inclusive package includes breakfast (7.30 am to 11.00 am), lunch (12.30 pm to 3.30) and dinner (6.30 pm to 10.00 pm), all meals are served buffet style in the main restaurant. During meal times drinks are available such as house wine, water, beer, soft drinks and juices.

Snacks are available between 11.00 am and 6.00 pm. Tea time is from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm.

The all inclusive sports and entertainment include tennis, squash, mini golf, paddle, use of the gym, free entrance to the casino and a variety of daily entertainment.
