The complex consists of 72 one and two bedroom apartments with either a terrace or balcony.

Bedrooms have 2 beds and the fully equipped kitchen includes, fridge, microwave oven, vitroceramic hob, etc. The sofa in the lounge converts to an extra bed if necessary and there is a safe and coin operated satellite TV.

Situated in the first Barranco (or valley) of Puerto Rico called 'Agua la Perra' (left of the Playa de Puerto Rico and Puerto Base), guests should follow the Calle Joaquin Blanco Torrent. Turn left and onto the Avenida de Guayadeque.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
