The hotel is approximately 60km north of the capital Palma and its airport.

Facilities include a reception with a lift, a café, a bar, lounges, swimming pool with separate children's splash pool, sun terraces and gardens furnished with loungers and parasols, a pool bar, a bistro and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area (twice weekly themed buffet or gala dinner).
