The hotel is 100 metres from the beach, 25 km from the North airport and 75 km from the South airport.

The Gran Turquesa Hotel offers 2 pools, 2 children's pools, fitness centre, gym, sauna, massage, tennis, squash, mini golf and children's play area. There is a shopping area, games room, internet access and theatre room. There is an entertainment programme for children and adults that includes aquatic activities, mini movies, mini disco for children, children's club and evening entertainment with shows.

The hotel offers 5 restaurants and 4 bars. The restaurants are a buffet restaurant, Italian a la carte restaurant, Argentinean a la carte restaurant (with reservation), Canarian restaurant (with reservation) and barbecue restaurant (with reservation).

The hotel comprises of 350 guestrooms and all benefit from complete bathroom, hair dryer, bathrobes, air conditioning (summertime), telephone, fridge, satellite TV, safety deposit box (local charge), music channel and terrace.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast, lunch and dinner all served in a buffet style with international cuisine in the Punta Brava restaurant. Guests can also take breakfast at the Italian restaurant and lunch at the Barbacoa (with reservation). Afternoon tea with sandwiches and cakes is available at the Atlantida bar from 4 pm to 6 pm (reservation required). There is an Ice Cream/Juice Bar where guests can have cold sandwiches, snacks and dry fruit from 10 pm until 8 am. Also, various cold meals are served from 11 pm until 4 am and there is a continental breakfast from 4 am until 7 am (reservation required for both).

The All Inclusive drinks include house wine, beer, soft drinks and mineral water with meals. From 11 am to 11 pm guests can have coffee, tea, soft drinks, beer, long drinks and whisky. From 11 pm to 11 am only non alcoholic drinks and coffee are available. A list of drinks can be found at reception and International brands are included. The hotel offers the Atlantida bar, the Beer bar (serving 5 types of beer), and the Ice Cream/Juice bar. Drinks included are coffee, tea, chocolate, cappuccino, soft drinks, water, bottled juice, beer, aperitifs, martini, absinthe, brandy, whisky, rum, vodka, gin, a variety of liqueurs, wine, sangria, champagne, etc.

The All Inclusive sports facilities at the hotel include mini golf, fitness centre and tennis.

Chargeable Extras
Grand Reserves and premium brands, laundry service and safety deposit boxes at reception. Guests can receive a discount on food and drinks that are not included in the All Inclusive programme.

All Inclusive Information
Guests must carry their All Inclusive card. The programme ends at noon on the day of departure. Cash is not accepted in the bars and a dress code applies at dinner.
