The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle bus to both Playa del Ingles and Maspalomas.

All rooms have 2 or 3 beds and family rooms have 3 or 4 beds and all include ensuite bathroom with shower, safe, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone and balcony/terrace.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:30), lunch (13:00-15:30) and dinner (18:30-21:30), all in buffet style. Breakfast & dinner are served in the main restaurant; lunch at the snack bar. During lunch & dinner water, soft drinks, beer and house wine are offered. Snacks such as hot dogs, hamburgers, French fries, sandwiches and ice cream for kids are available between 10:00 & 18:30 at the snack bar as well as cake time from 15:30-17:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like water, soft drinks, juices, coffee, tea, beer, wine of the house, cocktails and non-label spirits such as vodka, rum, gin and whiskey are served at all bars, except Gorbea (according to each outlets opening hours).

The All Inclusive concept is valid from 12:00 on the arrival day to 12:00 on the departure day. During their stay, guests must wear an identification AI bracelet and sign the commands of all the items consumed. The lunch buffet service may change for the main restaurant according to the criteria of the management; guests will be informed duly in advance.
