The aparthotel offers guests a large sun terrace with a swimming pool with children's section, games room, pool table and table tennis. There is a snack bar serving hot and cold snacks all day. The Evamar offers guests a varied nightly entertainment programme. There is a 24 hour reception offering money exchange facilities.

There are 144 one bedroom apartments, spread over 24 floors, each catering for up to four adults and have a twin bedroom, lounge with sofa bed, kitchenette with two electric rings, fridge, mini oven, toaster, bathroom, satellite TV and terrace/balcony.
