Cavo Maris Beach Hotel comprises of 243 rooms including 204 standard rooms, 15 standard family rooms, Mezzanine family suites and premier sea view family suites. All rooms are equipped with bathroom with bath/shower, WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, Wi-Fi access upon request, mini bar, tea/coffee making facilities, air conditioning and a balcony or terrace.

The Mezzanine family suites are on a split level with twin beds downstairs and a double bed and bathroom upstairs. The premier suites have a separate living area with sofa beds and a main bedroom.

A local bus service is available to take you into the nearby town of Ayia Napa, or to the main town of Protaras which is 1.5km from the hotel. The resort centre has a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy. One of the best beaches to visit is Fig Tree Bay which is a 15 minute walk from the hotel.

Larnaca International Airport is approx 68km from the resort of Protaras.

Bed & Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

Full Board

Full Board consists of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the hotel. Drinks are not included unless specified.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive information is a guide only and is subject to change and/or availability.

The All Inclusive programme includes breakfast from 07:00-10:00, lunch from 13:00-15:30 and dinner from 19:00-21:30, all served buffet style in the Alkion restaurant.

During meals house wine is served by the glass, local brandy, still table water, still orange by the glass and soft drinks by the glass is also offered.

A variety of snacks, ice cream by the scoop, tea, coffee and milk shakes are available at the Coral bar, and in the lobby area from 11:00-23:00 (except meal times). Tea & coffee with biscuits is also available from 15:00-18:30 and is also served in the lobby.

Locally produced alcohol & non-alcoholic drinks (draught beer, gin, vodka, white rum, tequila), cocktails, liqueurs, wine (by the glass), ouzo, zivania, brandy (not premium or vintage), still table water, still orange (by the glass) and soft drinks (by the glass) are also served between 09:30-24:00 at the Coral bar and from 10:00-18:30 at the Sirena pool bar.

Guests over 18 yrs will each receive a credit card when they check in that must always be produced when ordering. If the card is lost, there will be a fee to pay for a replacement.

All Inclusive ends at 12:00, on the day of departure. Packed lunches will be available and must be ordered one day in advance. All Inclusive is only available for the members of the family who are booked into the hotel. It is not available to guests who have not opted for the All Inclusive deal.

Only one drink at a time can be ordered. All drink & food should be consumed within the area that they were taken from.

The management has the right to refuse service to intoxicated guests.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
