Nightlife is quite low key with most entertainment being hotel based. For those looking for nightclubs, the lively resort of Playa del Ingles is just 10km away. The airport is a 30min drive away.

Beaches

Bahia Feliz is well placed to enjoy the scuba diving and windsurfing resorts of the east coast as well as the fabulous tourist beaches and theme parks of the south coast.

The beach at Bahia Feliz is of dark sand and pebble and is ideal for bodyboarding, windsurfing and kayaking. For the more adventurous surfer, the internationally famous windsurfing beach at Pozo Izquierdo is just 13km away. A little further up the coast you can enjoy a fantastic scuba diving experience, at the scenic and colourful underwater world of the El Cabron marine reserve in Arinaga (15km).

Things to Do

Adventure seekers will be pleased to find Bahia Feliz is home to the Gran Karting Club, the Aerodrome and the Sky Diving Centre.

On the edge of the resort, the Gran Karting Club offers exhilarating fun for all ages. For adults, the complex has a long circuit and hires karts with appropriate power (up to competition level), for the driver%u2019s experience. For children there are suitable pitches and karts for kids aged 10-16, children aged 5-10 and battery operated mini-karts and motos for the younger ones. Also on-site is a radio-controlled model car zone and a cafe with a terrace overlooking the circuits.

Over the road from the Gran Karting Club, you will find the Bahia Feliz Aerodrome, from which you can take sight-seeing flights over the island. Next to the Aerodrome is the Sky Dive Centre where you can take your first jump in tandem, harnessed to a qualified instructor and skydiving courses are also available for progressive or accelerated freefalls.

Out and About

For a night out with a difference, the resort is also home to Garbos, the amazing evening dinner and theatre show where the actors and dancers double up as your waiters.
