The hotel is approximately 12 km from the Palma, 400metres from Son Caliu Beach and 25 km from Palma airport.

The hotel is set in gardens and offers a spacious terrace around a large pool with children's section (the pool is heated in autumn and winter). There is a pool bar, restaurant buffet with show cooking, lounge snack bar, television room, indoor pool (with hydro massage and conveyor crane for disabled guests), mini market, fitness room and library room. There is a Sports Club 500 metres from the complex (tennis, paddle courts, etc). There is an entertainment programme consisting of a series of professional shows.

The Voranova complex is an ideal place for golfers. The Son Vida golf course is a 30 minute drive, Santa Ponsa I, II and III golf course is a 15 minute drive and Bendinat's Royal Golf Club is a 10 minute drive. The hotel can organise the booking of greens and transport to and from the golf courses.

Outside of the hotel, the complex offers a children's playground, hairdressers, travel agency and within walking distance guests will find a shopping area with banks, chemist's, bars, restaurants and a small supermarket.

The hotel has been designed for disabled guests and/or senior persons. The complex has been fitted with several ramps for wheelchair access. The guestrooms benefit from adjustable showers, cabinets, mirrors etc. From October till May the hotel employs a team of nurses and social workers to be at the guests disposal for free of charge consultations. A doctor and a masseuse go to the complex once a day.

The hotel is set across 30,000 m2 and offers 305 studio apartments that are roomy and air conditioned. All have a twin bedded room, settee, dining corner, kitchenette, complete bathroom and a spacious terrace. Each apartment benefits from piped music, direct dial telephone and satellite TV.

Cots are available for infants and cost count as one guest in the apartments.
