Each villa has it's own swimming pool and BBQ area.

Villas feature double room with ensuite bathroom, 2 twin rooms, bathroom, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, DVD and CD player and air conditioning.

Situated just 300m from the beach and close to a few restaurants and supermarkets. Paralimni and protaras are a 5 minute drive away and Ayia Napa is a 15 minute drive away so you will never be far away from all the action.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute - in fact, we even include supplier failure insurance for free)
• If included flights must be identical
