The villa features 2 double bedrooms, 3 twin bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sitting dining room and kitchen with washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. Further facilities include a private swimming pool (10x4m), barbecue, satellite TV, DVD player, and fans. Baby cot is available on request subject to a local charge.

One of the double bedrooms is situated in an annexe with en-suite bathroom and sitting area with kitchenette.

The villa is equipped with 3 bathrooms with bath/shower, WC, 5 bedrooms, living area, dining room, kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, satellite TV and an outdoor area.

The villa is situated approx 800 metres from the beach and 500 metres from the resort centre and nearest supermarket and bar/restaurant. Due to its central location car hire is not essential.

Palma Majorca Airport is approx 60 km from the resort of Cala d'Or.
