Villas feature double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, twin bedroom, bathroom, TV, DVD player, CD player, kitchen area complete with dishwasher and washing machine and air conditioning.

The villa is situated just 200m from the beach and a few supermarkets and restaurants. A wider choice of shops, bars and restaurants can be found in Paralimni and Protaras which are only 5 minutes drive away. If you are looking for something a bit livlier, the busy Ayia Napa is only 15 minutes away.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute - in fact, we even include supplier failure insurance for free)
