The apartments are on two floors with the kitchen and lounge on the ground floor. On the first floor are the bathroom and bedrooms. Each is equipped with a safety deposit box, with extra cost.

Situated just 300m from the beach where loungers and parasols are available to hire. In the immediate vicinity there are shops, bars and restaurants to enjoy.

Playa de las Americas is approx 24km from Tenerife South Airport and approx 81km from Tenerife North Airport.
