The Sunsmile offers studios and one bedroom apartments and all are fully equipped with self catering facilities, satellite TV, air conditioning/heating and private bathroom. In addition there are eight twin rooms that feature satellite TV, air conditioning/heating and private bathroom.

The complex is located approx 100 metres from the beach. The resort centre is approx 4 km from the complex. Larnaca Airport is approx 60 km from the resort of Limassol.
