Spread over 2 floors, all 30 studios and apartments come furnished with twin beds, open plan kitchenette with cooking rings, bathroom with shower and balcony/terrace.

Studios sleep 1-3 guests (combined living/sleeping area) and one bedroom apartments sleep 2-4 guests (separate bedroom and living area).

Ideally located just a five minute walk from the Nissi Beach and a thirty minute walk from the centre of Ayia Napa with its lively nightlife, bars and restaurants.

Larnaca airport is approx 45km from the resort of Ayia Napa.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
