Sofia Apartments has various facilities including a 24-hour reception desk, currency exchange facilities, medical assistance and 2 lifts. There is also a bar, TV area with satellite TV and an air-conditioned A la Carte restaurant with a non-smoking area available for use.

Furthermore, there is a bicycle hire service available. Room and laundry services round off the services available. Leisure facilities include a swimming pool with children's section, terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas and games room.
