The apartment complex comprises a total of 93 apartments and various facilities including a 24-hour reception desk, currency exchange facilities, medical assistance and 2 lifts. There is also a bar, a TV area with satellite TV and an air-conditioned la carte restaurant with a non-smoking area available for use. Furthermore, there is a bicycle hire service available. Room and laundry services round off the services available. Leisure facilities include a swimming pool with children's section, terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas and games room.

Fittings include an en suite bathroom, a combined living room/bedroom (sleeps a further two persons), a separate bedroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV (for an additional fee), a hire safe, a kitchenette, air conditioning and balcony or terrace.

Situated in the cosmopolitan area of Puerto de Alcudia, on the sea front and just a few minutes from the resort centre, with bars, restaurants, shops and nightlife. The airport can be found 60km away.
