In the outdoor garden complex there are 2 swimming pools with a children's pool, poolside snack bars as well as a sun terrace with 300 sun loungers and 65 parasols. In addition, a Jacuzzi and, for an additional fee, a massage service may be enjoyed. Sports enthusiasts may go diving, windsurfing and or play tennis (at an extra charge).

Cancun International Airport is approx 54 km from the resort of Riviera Maya.
