The villa has it's own enclosed garden, covered terrace, jacuzzi, swimming pool, BBQ area and car parking. A variety of leisure facilities such as sailing, waterskiing, windsurfing, horse riding and golf can all be found nearby.

The villa features 4 bedrooms, one of which is a double, 2 en-suite bathrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with oven, hob, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, toaster and microwave, living/dining area with table, chairs, sofa, satellite TV, Hi-Fi, safety deposit box rental, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, internet access and air conditioning.

The villa is situated between Pollensa Bay and Alcudia Bay. The old town of Alcudia is approx 2 kms away so is within easy reach of many shops, bars and restaurants. The beaches are approx 5 minute drive away.

Palma Majorca Airport is approx 61 km from the resort of Alcudia.
