Facilities available to guests include a foyer with a reception desk, money exchange, public Internet terminal, restaurant with a non-smoking area and a bar in addition to a newspaper stand, various shops, room and laundry services. A conference room is also available for use.

Riu Palace Mexico Hotel comprises of 400 rooms. All are equipped with bathroom with hydromassage bathtub, WC, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, mini-bar, liquor dispenser, coffee maker, safety deposit box rental, iron/ironing board, integrated lounge, air conditioning and a balcony or terrace.

The Suites have shower, bidet, bathrobes and a dressing room. The Jacuzzi Suites also have a private jacuzzi on the upper terrace.

The complex is located approx 800 metres away from the resort centre, you will find the commercial area with all kind of shops, cafeterias, restaurants and bars. The beach is a stones throw away with loungers, parasols and a variety of water sports on offer.

Cancun International Airport is approx 54 km form the resort of Riviera Maya.

Self Catering

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive programme includes breakfast, lunch and dinner all served buffet style in the main restaurant. Guests may use the A la Carte restaurants with prior reservation. Snacks are served 24 hours a day.

Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, beer, wine and soft drinks are served 24 hours a day.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
