Paradero Apartments is a classic apartment complex that is divided into small bungalow type buildings set across two floors. The apartments enjoy a pleasant location in Playa de las Americas just 300m from the nearest beach (Troya) and within easy reach of a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops.

There is an animation and entertainment programme available at the Paraiso del Sol (next door). There are outdoor fresh water swimming pools at Paradero I with sun terraces and sunbeds, poolside bar, children's swimming pool and a children's play area. Internet services are available at the reception of Paraiso del Sol (payable locally).

Guests have the advantage of facilities (bars, restaurants, shops) of the Paraiso Del Sol complex (please note that for guests on half board, breakfast and dinner are served at the Paraiso del Sol restaurant).

The complex offers self catering spacious studios, all equipped with bathroom with bath/shower, WC, twin beds, sofa bed, kitchenette with two rings, fridge, kettle, toaster, hire safe and a balcony or terrace.

Cleaning is offered five times a week, change of bedlinen twice a week and change of towels three times a week.

Please note that the accommodation can be placed in either the Paradero I or the Paradero II.

Special Information

Please note that clients collect their keys from the reception of the Paraiso Del Sol which is next door. There is a refundable deposit payable on arrival.
