The hotels facilities and services include sun terrace, two large swimming pools with a children's area, table tennis, a restaurant with air conditioning and full buffet service, bars and lounges are all with air conditioning and music and a pool side bar.

There is a 24 hour reception, money exchange, lift access, TV room, internet access and a conference room with the capacity to hold up to 175 people is also available which is equipped with a projector and large screen. In the evening entertainment for adults and children is available.

The Hotels are situated approx 550 metres away from the gorgeous white sandy beaches of Arenal, with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants close by. There is also a sports complex located near the hotels.

Palma Majorca Airport is approx 11 km from the resort of El Arenal.

All inclusive package, includes all main meals which are served in buffet style, breakfast from 08.00-10.00, lunch from 13.00-15.00 and dinner from 19.00-21.00. The drinks available with the main meals include, water, white or red wine, beer and refreshments.

Hot and cold snacks are also available, food is also available at the terrace of the Tropical Bar from 11.00-18.00. Afternoon tea and cakes are served at the main bars of both hotels from 15.00-16.00. Bars are open from 10.00-23.00.
