To gain access the beach there is a steep hill, therefore it would not suitable for people with walking difficulties.

The Hotels are situated 550 meters away from the gorgeous white sandy beaches of Arenal, with shops, cafes. Bars and restaurants close by. There is also a sports complex a located near the hotels.

The hotels facilities and services include sun terrace, two large swimming pools with a children's area, table tennis, a restaurant with air conditioning and full buffet service, bars and lounges are all with air conditioning and music and a pool side bar. A Conferences room with the capacity to hold up to175 people is also available witch is equipped with a projector and large screen. In the evening entertainment for adults and children is available.

All of the 537 guest rooms are furnished with a bathroom and telephone. All rooms come with a terrace. Safety deposit boxes are available on request.

All inclusive package, includes all main meals witch are served in buffet style: Breakfast (08.00am to 10.00 an), lunch (1.00 pm to 3.00 pm) and dinner (7.00 pm to 9.00 pm). The drinks available with the main meals include, water, white or red wine, beer and refreshments. Hot and cold snacks are also available, food is also available at the terrace of the Tropical Bar from 11.00 am to 6.00 pm. Afternoon tea and cakes are served at the main bars of both hotels from (3.00 pm to 4.00 pm). Bars are open from 10.00 am to 11.00 pm.
