Spread over 2 floors, all 66 studios and apartments come equipped with twin beds, open plan kitchenette with cooking rings and fridge, bathroom with shower, telephone and balcony. Studios sleep 1/3 persons and apartments sleep 2/4 persons.

Set in a secluded and elevated position above the beach at Konnos Bay. Ayia Napa is a 15 minute drive away and Protaras is just a 10 minute drive away with its shops, bars and restaurants. Car hire is recommended at the property or the local bus stops outside.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute - in fact, we even include supplier failure insurance for free)
• If included flights must be identical
