The apartments are nicely furnished and decorated and there is a swimming pool, children's playground, tennis courts, gardens and supermarket within the complex.

Please note that the swimming pool is only available in the Summer Season.

All apartments are equipped with two single beds, living room, with sofa bed, bathroom, kitchenette with washing machine, television and balcony. Safety deposit boxes can be hired.

A 200 Euro refundable breakages deposit is required upon arrival.

Special Information

Key collection is from the Buenavista Building, a few metres from Gemelos XXII apartments. Details of this can be found on the booking voucher.

Upon arrival, guests will be charged a security deposit of 150 euros.

Consisting of three apartment blocks, two of which are situated in Avenida Ametlla del Mar and the third block in Calle Juan Fuster Zaragoza. They are located in the Rincon de Loix area of Benidorm and are just 350 metres from Levante Beach and are close to a number of local bars and shops.

Alicante Airport is approx 64 km from the resort of Benidorm.

If you book Room Only, all meals will have to be paid for whether in or out of the hotel.

Self Catering

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
