The El Cortijo Apartments offers an outdoor swimming pool, children's pool, sun terrace, pool/snack bar and reception at the Urbania Club (50 metres away). There is a day and evening entertainment programme and golf enthusiasts will find a golf course approx 1.5km away.

The apartments are one bedroom and have 3/4 beds (3rd and 4th bed may be foldaway) and all benefit from bathroom with bath/shower, WC, kitchenette, fridge/freezer, safety deposit box (local charge) and balcony or terrace.

The apartments are in the centre of the old part of Playa de las Americas and are 300m from the beach where you can hire loungers and parasols.

Playa de las Americas is approx 24km from Tenerife South Airport and approx 81km from Tenerife North Airport.

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
