The complex is situated in a handy location in the Pernera area, about 3 km from Protaras resort centre. It is approx 400 metres from the beach, and bars, restaurants and shops surround the Elamaris.

Larnaca International Airport is approx 68km from the resort of Protaras.

If you book Room Only, all meals will have to be paid for whether in or out of the hotel.

Self Catering

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

Bed & Breakfast

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

Full Board

Full Board consists of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner at the hotel. Drinks are not included unless specified.

All Inclusive

The All Inclusive information is a guide only and is subject to change and/or availability.

The All Inclusive programme includes breakfast from 07.00-10.00, lunch from 12.30-14.30 and dinner from 18.00-21.00. Snacks are available at the snack bar or restaurant. Ice cream is served from 11.00-12.30 and 15.00-21.00.

Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, beer, wine and soft drinks are served until 23.00.
