The hotel has a reception desk which is open on Tuesdays and Fridays from 08:00-24:00, and on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays and closed on Sundays. There is also a maid service, rooftop swimming pool, sun terraces, and children's play area with Sony Playstations.

There are one and two bedroom apartments which sleep up to 4 and 6 people respectively, bathroom, kitchen with 4 ring hob, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, iron, ironing board, satellite TV, telephone and radio alarm clock. Cots, high-chairs and pushchairs are available on request.

Please note this hotel is not suitable for those with walking difficulties due to the number of steps around the hotel.

Please note at least one member of the party must be at least 25 years old.

The hotel is close to the Botanical Gardens, and just a few minutes walk away from the shops, restaurants, bars, and night-life. Other nearby activities/facilities include golf, tennis, fishing, and many water-sports.

Tenerife North Airport is approx 28 km away and Tenerife South Airport is approx 96 km from the resort of Puerto de la Cruz.
