The apartments are located just a 5 minute walk from the centre of Praia Da Rocha where guests will find many shops, bars and restaurants and a wonderful golden sandy beach.

Guests are offered an outdoor pool, children's paddling pool, indoor heated pools, games rooms (billiards, table football, table tennis and video games), floodlit tennis courts and squash courts plus many more leisure options. The hotel offers a strong entertainment programme for daytime and evening and the team do their utmost to ensure guests are involved at all times.

There are two self service restaurants open throughout the day and both offer an extensive and comprehensive choice of snacks as well as breakfast. The apartments offer four different bars where guest can enjoy a wide choice of drinks in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.

The complex consists of three large blocks and it is one of the largest complexes on the Iberian Peninsula with 1341 apartments (studio's, one bedrooms and two bedrooms). Each is spacious and consists of kitchenette, balcony, television (local charge), telephone and safety deposit box (local charge). The studios offer twin style sofa beds. The one bedroom apartments are simply furnished with a twin bedded room, single sofa bed and a pull out bed. The two bedroom apartments are simply furnished with 2 twin bedded rooms, lounge area and a single sofa bed and a pull out bed.
