Villa Links View is set in spacious grounds with a driveway to the front of the property and a rear garden offering views of the fairways, lawns, a barbecue, sun loungers and a sun terrace around the private swimming pool (7 x 4m).

A 2 storey air-conditioned villa, the Villa Links View has 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 of which have a balcony overlooking the golf course). The villa also has 3 bathrooms, an open plan lounge-diner opening out onto the sun terrace and a kitchen.

Appliances at the villa include a television and a DVD player, a fridge, microwave and a washing machine. A cot is available and there is also a double sofa bed in the lounge suitable for 2 children (under the age of 12).

Please note: a refundable breakages deposit of 200 euro is payable on arrival.

Villa Links View is a short stroll (approx 250m) from a supermarket and restaurants and is located close to the Old Village development and the golf course. Vilamoura resort centre, marina and the beach are approx 2km away.

Vilamoura is approx 22km from Faro Airport.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
