The hotels main restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in buffet style. Three bars (lobby, lounge and poolside) serve refreshments and light snacks throughout the day. Room service is available from midday to midnight. The hotel has 2 outdoor swimming pools (adults and children) with free sun beds and sunshades, and an indoor heated pool. The sauna, solarium, massage and steam room have a local charge.

Daytime and evening entertainment provided in the form of games, cabarets and professional shows. There is a travel desk where you can book optional excursions. Tickets for Universals Port Aventura theme park. Transfer to the theme park and the beach, a souvenir and press shop, rent a car and a parking. Water-sports such as water skiing and windsurfing are available nearby (seasonal) and 3 excellent golf courses are located near the hotel.
