Hotel facilities include 12 open-air saltwater swimming pools, 2 outdoor jacuzzis childrens playground and a kids club. Further leisure activities available include fitness centre, indoor pool, 2 jacuzzis, tennis courts, mini-soccer, table tennis, boccia, darts, beach volleyball, aqua-aerobics, step-aerobics and water-polo. The hotel also provides entertainment with childrens animation, night shows at the amphitheatre and Greek night with live music and folklore dances.

Dining options at the hotel include the main buffet restaurant, a seafood restaurant (lunch only), a Greek taverna (dinner only) and an Italian restaurant (dinner only). There is also a hotel lounge bar, pool snack bar and a beach snack bar.

Guest services include 24hr reception, currency exchange, safe deposit box rental, car rental, mini-market, wireless internet access in lobby area, satellite TV corner and transfer service to Kardamena village. There is also a hair salon, babysitting service and conference facilities.

The All Inclusive programme offers breakfast buffet style in the main restaurant, lunch at either the Greek taverna, main buffet or seafood restaurants, and dinner in the main restaurant, Italian or Asian restaurants. Snacks are available from 10.30am till 6pm and midnight snacks from 11.30pm to 00.30pm. Ice cream is available in the afternoons.

Unlimited local and some international alcoholic and soft drinks are available from 10am until 1am.
