Laganas is Zantes biggest resort and boasts the best beach on the island which is 5 miles of golden sand. The resort is very lively with many bars and clubs offering entertainment into the early hours. Motorised watersports are not available here due to the nesting turtles but a variety of other activities are such as horse riding, cycling or simply exploring the beautiful countryside. The resort is popular with young couples and families.
