Hotel is located in Golden Sands a national seaside resort complex, 17 km north-east of Varna. The coast region is elevated and forested and slopes down terrace-like to the sea. The beach is almost 4 km long, wide and covered with fine golden-yellow sand.

Hotel facilities consist of restaurant; lobby-bar; night bar; barbecue; shop; exchange desk; excursions office; slot machines; billiards; children's playground; massage and aromatherapy; TV, refrigerator, safe deposit box, buffet breakfast and dinner, swimming pool.

The Kristal hotel offers 250 cosy rooms, all of which are equipped with a balcony, air-condition, telephone, satellite television, mini bar, bathroom with shower, hairdryer.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (18:00-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals local wine, draught beer, water and draught non-alcoholic drinks are offered. Also at the disposal of the AI guests for Continental breakfast (10:00-12:00) & A la Carte dinner once per stay and with prior reservation (18:00-21:00) is the Bistro. Snacks such as pizza, pasta and French fries are available between 12:00 & 15:00 at the bistro as well as sweet & fruits from 15:00-17:00 and ice cream from 14:00-17:00. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like whiskey, brandy, vodka, liqueurs, beer, soft drinks, mineral water, juices, coffee and tee are served till 23:00 at the pool bar (10:00-18:00) and the lobby bar (10:00-01:00).
