The hotel offers spacious 24 hour reception area, restaurant, bar, pool bar, mini market, children's playground, conference hall, souvenir shop, 24 hour security and first-aid office.

The hotel consists of 298 furnished A2 and A3 type apartments. The A2 apartments consist of a bedroom, living area with two single sofas that convert into two single beds and bathroom. The A3 apartments have two bedrooms- one with king size bed and the other with single bed and double sofa. It also has a short hallway and bathroom. All rooms are equipped with fridge, hairdryer, telephone, satellite and pay TV, safety deposit box (with local charge), independently controlled Air-Conditioning unit and bathroom.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:30) and dinner (19:30-21:30), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant Nausica. During lunch & dinner post-mix soft drinks, tap water, local wine (by the glass) and draught beer are offered. Snacks such as three types of sandwiches and two types of hot snacks are available between 10:00 & 18:30 at the Calypso pool bar. Ice cream can be found at Nausica (12:30-14:30 & 19:30-21:30) and Calypso (10:00-18:30). Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, juices, ouzo, brandy, whiskey, rum, vodka, gin, tequila, five cocktails of the day, two kid's cocktails of the day, beer, wine (red & white), coffee, tea and hot chocolate are served at Calypso pool bar (10:00-18:30 & 20:00-23:00), Talus main bar (18:00-23:00) and at the Python indoor bar (according to entertainment programme & weather conditions).

Sport facilities at the hotel include four swimming pools where water activities take place (one of them with wave sessions every 30 minutes, another one with slides & pirate theme and one baby pool), kids club (11:30-13:00 with fun & games) as well as daily entertainment programme with a big variety of activities from 10:00-12:30 & 15:30-18:00. Daytime activities include aqua aerobics, basketball, football, beach sports, water-polo, aqua-sports, etc. The evening programme starts with mini disco (at 20:30) and goes on with events such as bingo (at 21:00) and main events like shows (at 22:00).
