The hotel features 24 hour reception with English speaking staff, one main fresh-water swimming pool with free sunloungers, one fresh-water children's pool, a main restaurant, pool bar, evening main bar, T.V room, money exchange, children's playground, regular maids service and shuttle bus service to the resort of Kardamena (subject to local time-table). Evening entertainment will be provided in the sister hotel of Kalimera Mare (50m away) where guests may use the bar facility there. Such usage is limited to during the evening time only. Please note that the management does not allow pets in the hotel.

All rooms are comfortably furnished and feature private bathroom, Satellite T.V, air-conditioning, refrigerator, telephone, safe-box (with local charge) and hairdryer, with either balcony or terrace available. Please note, there is a refundable deposit for the remote controls of the T.V and air-conditioning.

The AI programme consists of breakfast (07:30-10:00), lunch (12:30-14:00) and dinner (18:30-21:00), all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. Snacks such as sandwiches, toasties, biscuits, popcorn and ice cream are available from 10:30-11:30 & 15:00-18:00 at the pool bar. Locally produced alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks like hot drinks (tea, filter coffee), soft drinks, beer, wine, spirits (ouzo, brandy, gin, vodka, rum) are served from 10:00-18:00 at the pool bar and from 18:00-23:00 at the main bar.

Sport facilities at the hotel include beach volleyball, basketball, football, tennis, table tennis (10:00-21:00), archery, darts, water polo, pedaloes, canoes, windsurfing (only for experienced), aqua aerobics and umbrellas at the beach.
