Islandia and Finlandia apartments, set over two buildings, provide a small community parking (there are not parking places for every apartment), safety deposit boxes and TV available as optional extras (payable locally), community swimming pool with children's section (open from 15/6 - 15/9) and tennis courts.

Approximately 30 metres away there is a chemist, a supermarket and some shops. The complex is 150 metres away from a bus stop and 250 metres away from a taxi stop. Quite close to an English bar area but in a quiet place in Levante beach in Benidorm.
Alicante airport is approx 64km from the resort of Benidorm.
