The hotel is set 800 metres from Levante Beach, 800 metres to the Old Town of Benidorm and 250 metres to the resort centre. It is located 45 minutes from the airport of Alicante.

The Flamingo Benidorm offers various day and evening entertainment programmes. These include events such as theme nights, Spanish, Indian and Chinese nights, barbecues in the pool area (summer season only), French bowls, shuffle board, darts, table tennis, archery, rifle shooting, swimming pool with terrace open from 9 am until 8 pm), children's pool and children's play area.

For All Inclusive, guests are supplied with a band on arrival that allows them to obtain all the services.

Access to the restaurant for disabled guests is provided by a glass lift (first floor).

The hotel offers 200 rooms that are twin bedded with the option of up to two extra beds (sofa beds). Each room contains private bathrooms, hairdryer, satellite TV (local charge), safety deposit boxes, fridge and balcony. Baby cots are available at a local charge.

The All Inclusive programme consists of breakfast (8 am until 10.30 am), lunch (1 pm -3 pm) and dinner (6.30 pm – 9 pm,), all buffet style served in the main restaurant. With meals, wine, beer and soft drinks are offered to guests. (please note, picnic lunches are available if ordered by 7 pm the previous day). Snacks are available from 11 am until Noon, 4 pm until 6 pm & 10 pm until 11.30pm (until midnight in the summer). Between 9 am and midnight all locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, i.e. spirits, soft drinks, coffee, tea, juices, bottled water are available from the hotel bars. The hotel bars are Gaudí, located in the main lounge (9 am to 1 am), Rodeo bar next to the pool (9 am to 8 pm during summer only), Barbarella bar, located in the disco (for adults only 9 pm to 2 am).
