Facilities include a foyer with 24-hour reception desk, safe, currency exchange, lift access (in the main building) and internet access. Those arriving by car may make use of the parking facilities, laundry facilities and medical assistance.

Further facilities include a swimming pool, children's pool, kid's club and entertainment programme. There is a lounge bar, pool bar, beach bar and 2 air-conditioned restaurants.

A total of 288 rooms spread over a three-storey main building and six two-storey annexe blocks. Each room is provided with a private bathroom, hairdryer, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, satellite television, telephone, balcony or terrace and a safety deposit box (local charge). Some rooms have sofa beds that can accommodate additional guests and 20 connecting rooms are also available.
