The resort has a swimming pool with children's section, terrace and loungers, pool-side bar and a restaurant as well as a health club and fitness centre which features a Turkish bath, Mineral bath, local massages and cleansing.

A total of 58 rooms, comprising of 16 standard doubles, 24 deluxe family rooms, 16 suites plus 2 VIP suites, including a suite for disabled guests.

All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with mini-bar, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, wireless internet and safe deposit box (local charge) as well as private bathroom with shower and hair-dryer. Family rooms have a main bedroom divided by a door from the other unit, where an additional bed is available, a fourth bed can be provided for families with 2 children. Suites have additional living room, hydro-massage showers in the bathrooms and two terraces.

Please note that some rooms/family rooms are featured without a terrace or balcony.

Located only a few minutes walk away from Dalyan centre, the resort offers a free shuttle boat service to Iztuzu Beach. Dalaman Airport is approx 29km from the resort of Dalyan.

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

Half Board

Half board generally means breakfast and dinner at the hotel are included in the price.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
