There are 71 apartments spread over 15 floors, each with one bedroom (sleep 2-4 plus a cot) and include twin beds, double sofa bed, air-conditioning (15/6-15/9), satellite TV, safety deposit facility, kitchenette with cooking rings, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge, bathroom and balcony.

There is a compulsory (refundable) breakage deposit payable on arrival of approx 100 Euro.

Upon arrival, guests will be charged a security deposit of approx 100-250 euros.

Located 1.1 km from the beach, 1 km from the resort centre and 300 metres from the nearest supermarket. Alicante airport is approx 6.4km from the resort of Benidorm.

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchenette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
• If included flights must be identical
