Facilities include a free form swimming pool, hot tub, children's pool, business services and fax/photocopying services. There is not a restaurant on site but there are plenty in the immediate vicinity eg Bahama Breeze, Lone Star Steakhouse and Tuscanys Ristorante.

The resort is ideally situated less than 1.6km from the main entrance to Walt Disney World, 6km from Sea World and 11km from Universal Studios. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area, not to mention the fantastic Downtown Disney.

Lake Buena Vista is approx 30km from Orlando International airport and approx 70km from Sanford airport.
