Facilities include a free form swimming pool, hot tub, children's pool, business services and fax/photocopying services. There is not a restaurant on site but there are plenty in the immediate vicinity eg Bahama Breeze, Lone Star Steakhouse and Tuscanys Ristorante.

The resort is ideally situated less than 1 mile from the main entrance to Walt Disney World, 4 miles from Sea World and 7 miles from Universal Studios. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the surrounding area, not to mention the fantastic Downtown Disney.

Self Catering puts you in complete control of what you eat on holiday. Generally a kitchette is provided to allow you to cook basic meals.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute - in fact, we even include supplier failure insurance for free)
• If included flights must be identical
