The Bayview Hotel offers an outdoor pool (7th floor) with a children's section and sun terrace with free sunbeds and parasols as well as a pool-side bar.

The hotel also offers an indoor pool (heated winter only) and relaxation area, a fitness room and sauna, a beauty salon and massage treatments, a games room with a soft play area, pool tables and video games, a TV lounge and an internet cafe.

The hotel caters for various tastes and offers buffet meals, carvery nights and an a la carte menu (various International specialties such as Chinese and Indian). The Seastar Restaurant is open during lunch and dinner. The hotel has several bars including the Boulevard 24HR Bar (open 24 hours) and the Marina Bar (open 10 am to 6 pm).

The hotel has a hair salon and services offered include 24 hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange, room and laundry services (fees apply) and bike rental.

There are 137 guest rooms at the Bay View Hotel and there are also studios and apartments in a separate building approx. 200 metres away.
