There are no less than 17 restaurants and lounges at the hotel, providing a huge variety to suit all tastes and budgets. Other facilities include a 3 acre grotto pool with water slide, 2 lap pools, 4 whirlpools and children's pool, hammocks on the sandy beach, health club offering fitness equipment and various treatments, spa, games room, volleyball, basketball, children's playground and children's club.

Other services include 24 hour reception, safe, currency exchange facilities, conference room, hairdressers, laundry facilities, babysitting services and car parking.

There is a total of 758 rooms, spread over 20 floors.

Standard rooms sleep up to 5 people and feature private bathroom, hairdryer, bathrobes, vanity unit, king sized or 2 double beds, iron/ironing board, mini bar, coffee maker, in room safe, telephone with voice mail, internet access (local charge), cable TV and newspaper delivery. Suites are also available for larger groups.

Located in the Epcot area, many other attractions are easily reached by boat and bus. There is also a walkway that leads to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. Orlando International airport is approx 31km away and Sanford airport is approx 71km from Disney.
