Viva Apartments Hotel is just 300 metres from the sandy Cacao beach, in the southern area of Sunny Beach and just 100 metres from restaurants, discos and shops. The town centre is approx 2.5 km from the complex.


Sunny Beach is approximately 35km to Bourgas Airport and 101km to Varna Airport.
