Within the main part of the hotel, there is one children's pool, two main pools, one waterfall pool, and a heated indoor pool. At the Aquapark there is an activity pool with eight water slides, one children's pool with four water slides and mini-club, one waterfall pool, one main pool and rafting. There is a private beach 150 metres ahead within the premises. On the beach, at the swimming pools and in the Aquapark, sun loungers, cushions, towels and umbrellas are available free of charge. Within the establishment, there is wireless internet connection, and a lounge with plasma TV. There is also a helicopter landing pad.

Breakfast, late breakfast, lunch, dinner and late dinner is served in The Main Restaurant that offers buffet service. Guests can also have their dinner in one of the 4 a la carte restaurants by making reservation: La Monte Restaurant (Italian Cuisine ), Tugra Restaurant (Ottoman Cuisine), Fish Restaurant and Syedra Restaurant. There is also pastry and ice cream hours and a folkloric yoruk tent where pancakes are made.

In Lobby Bar (24 hours), Disco Bar, Pool Bar, Vitamin Bar, Aqua Bar and Snack Bar local and import beverages; in Beach Snack, at lunch's, snacks and beverages are in service.
