The facilities provided for guests includes a 24 hour reception, restaurant and bar with a TV. There is a large swimming pool with a paddling pool for children surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers, parasols and a pool bar which also serves snacks.

There is also table tennis and pool table. Some facilities may incur a local charge.

The hotel provides 70 guest rooms and 30 one bedroom apartments. All accommodation is provided with air conditioning, shower/bath room, telephone and a balcony or terrace.

The apartments have a separate living area and a kitchenette. There is a daily maid service with linen changed twice per week and towels changed 4 times.

The apartments are located approx 300 metres from the beach and nightlife and 3km from the centre of Marmaris. The beach has loungers and parasols to hire and the resort centre is home to shops, bars and restaurants galore.

Dalaman Airport is approx 90 km from the resort of Marmaris.

Bed & Breakfast means breakfast is the only meal at the hotel included in the price. Giving you complete freedom over lunch and dinner outside the hotel.

We work hard to offer you the lowest prices for your holidays. In the unlikely event that you can find them cheaper, let us know and we'll cheerfully refund the difference.

We simply ask that :

• Holiday must be outside 14 days from departure
• Include all taxes, luggage charges where applicable (unlike some companies, we don't hide the taxes or luggage charges till the last minute)
