For an additional fee, guests may take advantage of the room and laundry services, and there is a bicycle rental facility, and parking for those arriving by car.

Comprising of 15 apartments spread over 3 floors, all of which are fully furnished and feature double-glazed windows, double locks, security steel external doors, individually adjustable air conditioning, a balcony and a terrace. All bathrooms come with a shower cubicle, a water boiler and a water pump. The apartments also offer a kitchen with a fridge and a cooking stove as well as an ironing set, a double bed and a safe.
