The complex features a generous sized open air swimming pool, complete with pool bar and a children's area. Other facilities available include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe (charged locally), a currency exchange facility, a cafe, a bar and a restaurant. For an additional fee, guests may take advantage of the room and laundry services and there is a bicycle rental facility and parking for those arriving by car.

Comprising of 15 apartments spread over 3 floors, all of which are fully furnished and feature double-glazed windows, double locks, security steel external doors, individually adjustable air conditioning, a balcony and a terrace. All bathrooms come with a shower cubicle, a water boiler and a water pump. The apartments also offer a kitchen with a fridge and a cooking stove as well as an ironing set, a double bed and a safe (local charge).

The hotel is situated 100m to the beach and 500m to the Altinkum centre is ideal for those who want to sample the many local restaurants and bars. Bodrum Airport is approx 90km from the resort of Altinkum.
