The hotel offers a large tropical swimming pool, with islands, vegetation, water-jets and bridges as well as an outdoor jacuzzi. There are 4 restaurants (Italian, Seafood, Mexican, Oriental) 1 buffet, pizzeria, sports bar and tropical bars (beside the pool and the beach). There is a children's mini-club playground, separate outdoor children's pool, billiards, introductory scuba lesson in the pool and daily activities.

Guests also have use of fitness centre, table tennis, daytime tennis, paddle tennis. Further facilities include a Disco "El Pirata" (entrance and drinks included), casino (free entrance and drinks), Dominican Village with shops, beauty salon, car and quad rentals, mini-market, medical services, parking, optional excursions and a spa. Please note, some facilities may incur a local charge.

Guest rooms are provided with 2 queen-size beds, air conditioning and ceiling fan, satellite TV / cable, telephone in room and bathroom. There is also a coffee maker, stocked mini-bar, private terrace or balcony and a lounge area. Safety deposit box's are also available with a local charge. Guest room maximum occupancy is 5 adults or 2 adults & 4 children.
