On-site facilities include a lobby with 24 hour reception desk, hotel safe, currency exchange servide and conference facilities. In addition there is a laundrette (local fee)

There are buffet-style restaurants and four A la Carte restaurants including seafood, Italian, Carribbean and beach grill (dress code applies and reservations required). Drinks can be taken in one of the five bars including a beach bar, piano bar, lobby and swim-up pool bar.

There are three outdoor swimming pools which are surrounded by a sun terrace decked with sun loungers and parasols.

For relaxation there is a Spa area with sauna, jacuzzis and beauty and massage treatments (local charges apply).

Sports activities include tennis, table tennis, squash, billiards, beach volleyball and dance lessons can be taken. Water sports can be found on the beach including windsurfing, diving and sailing (on payment of additional fees).

An entertainment programme is also offered as well as a nightclub.

Garden view Junior Suites are on a split level and feature air conditioning, king-size bed, satellite TV, ironing facilities, private bathroom with bathrobes and hairdryer, telephone, coffee making facilities and balcony or terrace with garden view.

Premium suites are in the same location and have the same decor as the junior suites however also feature a fully stocked minibar.

The hotel is positioned directly on Varadero's long sandy beach. The nearest bars, restaurants and shops are approximately 5km away at Plaza Americas shopping centre.

The resort centre with main nightlife, restaurants and shops is approximately 15km away.

Full day and evening entertainment

Appropriate clothing and shoes are required for guests wishing to dine in the hotel restaurants. Beachwear and t-shirts are not permitted in the restaurants. Shorts are permitted in the main restaurant and the beach restaurant, whilst the other restaurants require guests to sport long trousers and a shirt with a collar.
